My lighter are not working, are there any specific usage suggestion?
Yes, every order is packed with an instruction, you can first follow the trouble shooting to find the reason. And, specially, our lighters have a child safety button. To use the lighter, we need to child safety button in a backward direction while simultaneously pulling the trigger.
Will I receive prefilled lighter with butane?
All of our lighters come without butane unless otherwise noted.
Be careful with fire safety.
After adjusting the flame size of the lighter, the fire will be too large to ignite other combustibles. Please be sure to adjust the flame in a safe place.
